I first heard DJ Tobzy Imole Giwa from his Cruise Beat Album (nyegenyegetapes.bandcamp.com/album/cruise-beat-album) and loved it instantly. Frantic, chaotic, bonkers dance music soothes me. It feels like jersey club, punk, afrobeats, and techno wrapped up in a fury. Damn, I love fast music. As a fan and a Nigerian, I had to get a cruise beat of my own.
